1. unpack installer
2. unpack files for installer
3. Run setup. Uncheck C# selection and navigate setup to folder with unpacked installer files
4. replace files in BIN folder with provided one
5. After install don't run RAD Studio, run Delphi or C++ first
Error message about dbexpress120.bpl not found and some other errors messages reply "do not load next time" or disable loading this packages in settings
After successfull running Delphi or C++ without error messages you can run RAD Studio
